We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 23:00, except for orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, which will be delivered on Monday. If you prefer a different delivery date, you can select one during checkout.

Plain Discreet Packaging

We ship your package in a plain, unmarked box with no mention of our name. No one will know what you’ve ordered.

Order Confirmation & Processing

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email within 3 minutes (please check your spam folder). The delivery time depends on the order time and the selected payment method.

If you choose bank transfer, your order will be shipped once the payment has been received in our account.

1. Choose your preferred delivery date & a 2-hour time slot (time slot selection only available in the Netherlands).
2. PostNL Pickup Location (Packages remain available for pickup for 1 week; uncollected packages will incur return shipping costs).
3. Evening & Monday delivery (Evening delivery only available in the Netherlands).
4. During checkout, you can select your preferred day, time slot, evening delivery, or PostNL pickup location.
