We provide status updates at the following moments:
Order received: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
Order shipped: Once your package has been handed over to PostNL, you will receive a tracking email. Our packages are first scanned by PostNL around 11:45 PM.
Check your order status online
If you created an account during checkout, you can also find a tracking link in your account.
Shipping Within the Netherlands & Belgium
All packages within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped via PostNL. You can track your shipment through the PostNL website (Mijn Pakket):

International Shipments
Orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium may be shipped via other carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx. You will also receive a Track & Trace number for these shipments.
