OASA PLEASURE Return Policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do! If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your OASA PLEASURE product(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery at your own expense.

Please note:

Returned product(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original outer packaging, which must remain sealed and unopened.
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept or refund returns that do not meet these conditions.
Ensure you use a sturdy shipping box for your return to prevent damage during transit.

You can return your product yourself to the address below. Please make sure to pack the items securely. We cannot accept returns if the packaging is damaged.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
